Althia works as a Trainee Solicitor in our Bristol office and currently assists Frances Lipman and Daniel Carey on public law and human rights litigation. Althia previously assisted Adam Hundt and Ugo Hayter, particularly with public law challenges relating to healthcare charges and the allocation of the No Recourse to Public Funds condition. She joined the firm in 2016 having previously volunteered at Avon and Bristol Law Centre where she gained experience in various social welfare matters. Althia also has experience of inquests and civil claims against the state, having previously assisted Clare Richardson with her casework.
