Chioma joined the London Office as a Paralegal in February 2021 before becoming a Trainee Solicitor in November 2023.
She supports Clare Hayes and Elliot White with claims against public authorities in relation to; failures to protect and investigate in cases of violence against women, inquests on behalf of families who suffered bereavement and their subsequent civil claims, and cases concerning discrimination by the police.
Prior to this she was a volunteer case worker and McKenzie friend at the National Centre for Domestic Violence where she assisted with obtaining non-molestation and occupation orders. She also worked at a domestic abuse charity where she supported women who experienced domestic abuse and still volunteers there occasionally.
