The High Court is to hear a Judicial Review challenge of HMP Woodhill and Secretary of State for Justice (SSJ) on 7 April 2017.
The hearing follows the High Court granting permission to the Claimants to challenge and force the Defendants (Governor of HMP Woodhill and SSJ) to take robust and immediate action to prevent the high levels of suicide at the prison.
