Georgia Barter: a mother’s call for change

Our client Kay Barter has given a moving interview to Channel 4’s Jackie Long. With extraordinary courage and dignity, Kay shares her daughter’s story and her belief that Georgia’s life “was taken from her”.

Channel 4 has also published an article examining the wider fight to recognise domestic abuse-related deaths. Kay challenges the government directly, urging meaningful change, and the government has been approached by Channel 4 for comment.
